David de Rothschild is a renowned explorer, environmentalist, and eternal optimist who has dedicated the past twenty years to exploring different cultures, people, and places in order to give Nature a Voice. Fueled by an insatiable curiosity for the natural world, he has embarked on numerous global expeditions to remote and fragile ecosystems, aiming to bring attention and innovative solutions to urgent global environmental issues.

David is one of only a few people to traverse both the continent of Antarctica and the Arctic Ocean, making him the youngest Briton to reach both geographical poles. He was also the visionary behind the Plastiki project, where he and his crew sailed 8,000 miles across the Pacific Ocean from San Francisco to Sydney in a fully recyclable catamaran made from 12,500 reclaimed plastic bottles. The project garnered over a billion media impressions and was subsequently voted as a Time magazine innovation of the year in 2010.

David's experiences have earned him recognition from the United Nations Environmental Program (UNEP) as a Climate hero and National Geographic as an Emerging Explorer and Explorer of the year.
